1. Overview

Relveal is a real-time multiplayer relationship game designed for two players. The App facilitates interactive question-and-answer sessions between partners, friends, or acquaintances to explore relationship dynamics in a fun and engaging way.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years of age to use Relveal. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Some content within the App may be intended for mature audiences.

3. Account & Identity

When you first use Relveal, a unique device identifier is generated and stored securely on your device using the iOS Keychain. This identifier:

• Persists across app reinstalls to maintain your game history
• Is used solely to identify your account within the Relveal ecosystem
• Cannot be used to personally identify you

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your device.

4. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

4.1 Free Tier

Relveal offers a free tier that includes access to the "First Impressions" question pack with a limited number of daily sessions.

4.2 Premium Subscription

Premium access unlocks all question packs (including Couples Deep Dive, Spicy Edition, Trust & Boundaries, and Future Together) and removes daily session limits. Premium subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store and RevenueCat.

4.3 Billing

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings

4.4 Refunds

All purchases are processed through Apple. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple in accordance with their refund policies.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Relveal only for its intended purpose. You shall not:

• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or systems
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App
• Use automated systems or bots to interact with the App

6. Game Sessions

Relveal facilitates real-time game sessions between two players using room codes. Please note:

• Room codes are temporary and expire after the session ends
• Game answers and results are stored for your session history
• Both players must be actively connected for the game to proceed
• Sessions may be terminated if a player disconnects for an extended period
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the game service

7. Content Disclaimer

Relveal contains questions designed to explore relationship dynamics. Some questions, particularly in the "Spicy Edition" pack, may contain mature or provocative content. By using these packs, you acknowledge that:

• The content is intended for entertainment purposes only
• The App does not provide relationship counseling or professional advice
• You participate voluntarily and at your own discretion
• We are not responsible for any interpersonal outcomes resulting from gameplay

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Relveal — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are the exclusive property of Relveal and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Relveal and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or game history
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App
• Any interpersonal consequences resulting from gameplay

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Relveal at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
